Lovely fitted sheet Raggedy Ann and Andy, by Bobbs-Merrill company 50% cotton 50% polyester, according to label.
Sheet is in nice condition and still pretty bright with minimal fading. No rips or tears. there is a dark spot on one of the corner, would likely not show once the sheet is on a mattress. Please see pictures for accuracy.

This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
