Rare find! Vintage 1950s sheer curtain panel, price is for one panel, two are available.
made in Japan, brand is likely Tetoro (part of the label is frayed). They are 100% polyester and hand painted. The label indicates that they are washable and I did launder them by hand and hung to dry with no issue.
The flowers are so lovely, all in pastel colors, pink, purple, blue, cream, starting from the bottom and moving towards the top in a vertical pattern. The bottom has a wide trim and it drapes so well. Polyester gives a nice sheer look, so feminine and delicate.
Can be hung using a regular size rod.
Both panels are in excellent condition considering the age, with very little visible wear. The only noted issue is some very faint rust type stains in a few area but they are barely noticeable.
Measurements are: 43" wide x 63" long perfect size for a bedroom or nursery window, would also look stunning in a bathroom.
This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
