Deep V neckline, halter top, the front has decorative anchor patch. It attaches on the neck with two large straps. Very low open back. Floor length, with red ruffle at the hem. No label, likely handmade. Dress is unlined.
COLOR AND MATERIAL: Red and blue, white patch. Material is unknown, likely polyester or synthetic blend. Feels like Fortrel.
CONDITION: excellent with minimal wear and no noted issue. Can be machine washed.
