Very large 13" ruffle, with a satin trim at the bottom. Unknown material, likely cotton polyester blend.
condition is excellent with no holes or tears. Sadly, there is a spot near the edge of the ruffle where a few faint spots can be found. please see pictures for accuracy.
measurements are: 72" diameter total diameter to the ruffle is 46" ruffle is 13" long
This item has been laundered using scent free detergent and without fabric softener.
